I'm Liesl. Yup, like "The Sound of Music"! I'm a storytelling photographer serving the Colorado Springs area and beyond (I love to travel, whether it's to the mountains or out of state or even to another country!). I love photographing your life at every stage - engagement, marriage, maternity, lifestyle newborn, family over the years, high school seniors, graduation, and on as the cycle continues!

I'm also a Jesus Follower, homeschool mama, extroverted introvert, and lover of books. You can often find me sipping tea from a delicate china cup, curled up with a good book by a fire, or out exploring somewhere in the beautiful nature of Colorado and beyond.

As a mama myself, I know all too well how the days are long but the years fly by. There are so many moments already that I regret not having photos to look back on. I've talked with many mamas who regret not capturing the memories and milestones before it's too late, because truly, every moment is once-in-a-lifetime. I don't want you to ever experience that regret, which is why I'm here to help!

I love serving people who are ready to be themselves, laugh with me, dress it up a bit, trust me to capture their vision, and have a slightly adventurous spirit. I've made the planning process super easy because, as a busy mama, I know time is a rare commodity. My Location Guide, Style & Planning Guide, and Client Closet will save you time and money and allow you to focus on your loves! I will help you relax and feel comfortable in front of the camera - I am equal parts goofy cheeseball (former MS teacher here!), and deeply emotional. At your session your only job is to laugh with your family and connect with those you love, and I'll document the love and laughter for you. Look at the camera and smile on occasion, but mostly, just be who you are and I'll take care of the rest!
